Description
Fan with orient mother-of-pearl linkage combined with blond tortoiseshell, 8 rods of each material, in addition to the guards or “caberas” also in pearl pierced and decorated.
The linkage is of French origin in the 19th century.
Mounted with cloth (country) double silk. Painted by M. Esteve approximately in 1968-70 (Vicente Martínez Esteve, lived in Burjassot (Valencia) where he died approximately in 1985, was son of Esteve master of Abanicos painters).
The finishing and borders are the work of Domingo Calvo painter from Aldaya.
