Description

Handfan with linkage made of white mother-of-pearl, from France from the end of the 19th century, openwork and decorated by hand.
Mounted with lace fabric (country) and three gauze medallions. Hand painted by M. Esteve, father and teacher of a whole series of Valencia fan painters.
The fan was acquired in Buenos Aires and restored in Valencia at the end of the 20th century.
The ring and the pin, made of glass, are those of origin. Measures 46 x 24.5 cm.
